Order Processing

International Shipping

We proudly serve customers worldwide, with limited exceptions in remote Asian areas. International orders are subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

At Fashion Clothing Store, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our sophisticated collections. Should any item not meet your expectations, we offer a refined returns and exchange process designed with your convenience in mind.

Return & Exchange Period

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

2. 2 Receive Authorization: Within 1-2 business days, we will email you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. 3 Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
4. 4 Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
5. 5 Inspection & Processing: Once received, our quality team will inspect the items (typically within 3-5 business days) and process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Upon approval of your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is processed, with standard shipping fees applied.

International Returns

As we serve a global clientele (with limited exceptions in remote Asian areas), international returns are accepted following the same policy. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or international shipping costs associated with returns.
